Foundation for the Rights of Latin American Women («FUNDEMUL», «we», «us») respects the privacy of everyone who visits this site. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

Information we collect

We collect only the information you give us of your own accord through the contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), subject, and the content of your message. We do not sell, rent or hand that information on.

Alongside each submission we record basic technical data (approximate IP address, country of origin and time of sending) for one purpose only: to tell genuine messages apart from automated ones.

What we use the information for

Text messaging (SMS)

If we enable text-message communication in the future, consent will be requested expressly at the point of collection and you may withdraw it at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELPfor help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Retention and security

We keep messages only as long as needed to deal with the inquiry and to keep a record of the institutional relationship. The whole site is served over an encrypted connection.

Your rights

Changes

If we update this policy, the new version will be published on this same page along with the date it changed.

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. All other categories of information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
