Mission
To advance the presence, participation and shared responsibility of women and men in society, so that development and a life of dignity become possible, through training and education.
Caracas, Venezuela · since 2002
We are a Venezuelan organization founded in 2002, dedicated to training women for their full development and their participation as citizens.
«Education does not change the world. It changes the people who are going to change the world.»
To advance the presence, participation and shared responsibility of women and men in society, so that development and a life of dignity become possible, through training and education.
We are working toward a new democratic model of society, and of the social, political, economic and cultural relationships between women, men and the State, that guarantees liberty, democracy, justice, equal opportunity, respect and shared responsibility. A model in which every form of discrimination, inequality and inequity has been rooted out, and in which human rights and the fundamental right to life are respected.
Our work centers on strengthening women’s leadership and advancing full economic development.
We strengthen the exercise of leadership and civic participation through training and education.
See leadership and participationWe focus our work on the wellbeing and economic independence of women in the least favored circumstances.
See economic developmentWe produce and circulate information on the issues that matter to women and on the wider social and economic picture.
See information and awarenessOur democratic calling, and our firm intention to be agents of change in every sphere of public and private life, bind us to a set of shared commitments: building peace, democracy, liberty, participation, justice and equity, together with respect for the dignity of the person and for fundamental human rights.

Held together by a shared vision of equity and empowerment for all women.
