Our work and training

Three lines of work hold up everything we do: training leaders, building economic autonomy, and opening access to the information that changes the conversation.

Leadership and Participation

We strengthen the exercise of leadership and civic participation through training and education.

At FUNDEMUL we hold that education and knowledge are what transform lives and strengthen communities. That is why we invest in women’s leadership through training programs that build skill, confidence and the practical tools to become an agent of change.

Our programs concentrate on leadership, civic participation, human rights, entrepreneurship, civic education, communication, conflict resolution, and personal and professional growth. Through workshops, courses, conferences and mentoring, we prepare women who can lead initiatives that carry real social weight.

We build networks of support and collaboration where knowledge is shared, capacity is strengthened, and fairer, more equal societies become possible. Our commitment is to form leaders who inspire and motivate other women, and who contribute to sustainable development.

Economic Development

We focus our work on the wellbeing and economic independence of women in the least favored circumstances.

We advance women’s financial autonomy by strengthening their productive capacity and their place in the entrepreneurial economy. Economic independence is the foundation for the full exercise of human rights and for the wellbeing of the family.

What we do

Information and Awareness

We produce and circulate information on the issues that matter to women and on the wider social and economic picture.

We run campaigns and communication strategies that make the public aware of gender equity, violence prevention, and why women’s rights matter. Timely information is the first step toward critical awareness and lasting cultural change.

Our work includes distributing educational material on reproductive rights, comprehensive health, harassment prevention, and the legal tools available to protect women. We want the problems women face day to day made visible, and we propose collective answers grounded in respect and dignity.

Through public forums and digital platforms we open spaces for debate that invite both institutional and social reflection. We work to dismantle gender stereotypes and to build a story in which a woman is recognized for her essential worth and for her capacity to lead in every area of human development.
